    Groton town

    Harry J. Dumond III, 22, of 11 Jeffrey Manor Road, Oakdale, was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Nicholas J. Gillette, 25, of 369 Long Hill Road, Unit 42, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny, possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia.

    Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Police

    Hun Wu Yoo, 53, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Jin Bin Huang, 65, of Boston was charged Tuesday with sixth-degree larceny and criminal trespass.

    Paul Roughsedge, 59, of Sudbury, Mass., was charged Monday with breach of peace.

    Robert Brown, 52, of no certain address was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Roberto Crespo, 21, of 80 Morgan St. was charged Wednesday with driving an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle and reckless driving.

    Brian Bachman, 42, of 33 Trading Cove Drive was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Patricia Startz, 56, of 11½ Tyler Ave. was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and violation of a protective order.

    Rayquan Davis, 22, of 359 Central Ave. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation, third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

    James Miller, 46, of 18A Sherman St. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Sean M. Brown, 22, of Westfield, Mass., was charged Saturday in Ledyard with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have headlights illuminated.
