    Groton City

    Douglas M. Hedin, 26, of 122 Midway Oval was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt.

    Evelyn Droz-Ausua, 43, of 246 Branford Ave. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    New London

    Joel J. Rodriguez, 26, of 48 Squire St. was charged Thursday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear.

    Norwich

    Breeon Osaba, 38, of Fairfield, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny.

    Jesse Mondor, 31, of no certain address was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny and two counts of possession of narcotics.

    Sarah Mivina, 23, of 408 Central Ave. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Devin Lauer, 29, of 26 School St., Jewett City, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, sixth-degree larceny, carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree threatening and third-degree criminal mischief.

    State Police — Montville

    Christopher Deveau, 37, of 5 Garden St., North Stonington, was charged Tuesday in North Stonington with violation of probation.

    Adolphus Lemons, 38, of Bloomfield was charged Wednesday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Stonington

    William Linder, 31, of 260 Elm St. was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Waterford

    Heather Hall, 31, of 111 Bloomingdale Road was charged Wednesday with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass.

    Daniel Lara, 20, of 76 Fitch Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.
