Darryl Lynch, 24, of 175 Broadway, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic light.

Sapana Hirgrajia, 33, of 12 Water St., Apt. 407, Mystic, was charged Saturday with altering a valid prescription, forgery of a prescription and second-degree larceny.

Wayne Norton, 47, with no permanent address, was charged Saturday with three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
