Police looking for motorcyclist in connection with Franklin robbery
Franklin — State police are investigating a robbery at a gas station on Route 32 on Tuesday night.
Police are looking for a white male with a stocky build wearing blue jeans, black sneakers with white trim, a blue T-shirt and a dark blue bandana that he wore over his face.
The man's hair was shaved close to his head with a receding hairline and he has a bald spot on the back of his head, police said.
The store clerk at the Mobil gas station reported that the man approached the counter and said, "Give me all the money."
The man reached into his waistband and, although a handgun was never seen, it was implied, police said.
Police responded about 6:30 p.m.
The man left on foot and crossed Route 32, where he got on a blue Harley Davidson motorcycle and fled north on Route 32, police said.
Troopers obtained store surveillance video footage and talked to witnesses.
Anyone with information regarding the robbery is asked to call Eastern District Major Crime Squad, Troop K, at (860) 465-5421.
