    East Lyme

    Michael Aaron, 44, of West Haven was charged Friday with driving under suspension, unauthorized use of handicap parking space and unauthorized use of a handicap placard.

    Groton City

    Miguel Antonio Costa, 23, of 14 Colman St., New London, was charged Thursday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, failure to pay or plead and one count of first-degree failure to appear in court.

    David Barach, 52, of 3 Jimmy Road, Canterbury, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Groton Town

    Alexander H. Powers, 28, of 75 Nathan Hale Road was charged Friday with violation of probation.

    New London

    Marcus J. Henderson, 32, of 435 High St., Lot 30, Mystic, was charged Friday with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

    Michael W. Hayes, 32, of 13-2 Archer Court was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree threatening.

    Anthony T. Graham, 23, of 60 Coachman Pike, Ledyard, was charged Friday with five counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Coyt W. Taylor, 51, of 172 Hawthorne Drive, Apt. 18-D, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace, disorderly conduct and interfering with a 9-1-1 call.

    Waterford

    Jacob Burhoe, 31, of 3 S. Main St., Jewett City, was charged Wednesday with violation of a probation order.

    Joshua Krysiewicz, 19, of 20 Marguy St., Quaker Hill, was charged Wednesday with failure to drive at a reasonable distance and evading physical injury or property damage.

    James Miner, 23, of 274 Route 163, Montville, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to carry minimum insurance requirements.

    Joseph Merza, 33, of 56 Dayton Road was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct.

    Devon Miller, 34, of 53 Dayton Road was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct.
