    Angela N. Harrell, 29, of 44 Laurel Drive was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Cheyenne Harris, 20, of 271 Osprey Drive, Groton, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Milan E. Leuterio, 28, of New York City was charged Saturday with possession of a dangerous weapon inside a motor vehicle, criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

    Christoffer Martinez, 21, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Damian Davis, 27, of 57 W. Coit St., was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Adam Radachowsky, 21, of New Milford was charged Saturday with assault on a police officer, interfering with an officer and breach of peace.

    DeJohn L. Joseph-Exum, 22, of 1552 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Jean Fleurijeune, 50, of 54 Montauk Ave. was charged Friday with threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

    Andrae Thomas, 30, of 110 Blackhall St. was charged Friday with third-degree assault and second-degree filing a false statement.

    Katie M. Kennedy, 27, of 13 Hobron St., No. 1, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

    Tyrone Savage, 47, of 70 Farmington Ave., Apt. 4A, was charged Friday with threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

    Paul Hanlon, 46, of 9 Caulkins Road was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Louis J. Hawkins, 32, of 189 Thames St. was charged Friday with two counts of criminal violation of a protective order.

    State Police - Montville

    Michael Scott Manger, 24, of 8 Jerome Parkway, Griswold, was charged Friday in Montville with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Manfred P. Rieder, 64, of Newport, Vt., was charged Thursday in Montville with first-degree failure to appear in court.
