    East Lyme

    Laureen Rogers, 49, of Hamden, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and interfering with an emergency call.

    Ledyard

    Kara V. Lohr, 21, of 10 Deer Lane, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and failure to drive right.

    New London

    Teresa Lessa, 37, of 140 Huntington St., was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor, possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell and possession of heroin within 1,500 feet of a school.

    Juan Osorio, 26, of 248 Willetts Ave., was charged Friday with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and no insurance card.

    Gabriel Rivera, 27, of 86 Colman St., was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics outside of original container.

    Francisco Santos, 47, of 140 Huntington St., was charged Thursday with interfering with police.

    Loretta Scott, 38, of no certain address, was charged Friday with interfering with police and drinking in public.

    Charles Knight, 54, of 48 Granite St., Apt. 4, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell and possession with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school.

    Norwich

    John D. Zaleski, 37, of 130 Washington St. No. 3, was charged Thursday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Armand Carvajal, 24, of 85 Walnut St., was charged Friday with violation of probation, criminal impersonation, first-degree harassment, misuse of plates and insurance that fails minimum requirements.

    State Police - Montville

    Deborah Sandford, 21, of New Britain, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and following too close.

    Stephen Burroughs, 31, of West Haven, was charged Thursday with illegal possession, failure to have narcotic in the original container, driving with a suspended license or registration and speeding.

    Waterford

    Matthew Chamberlin, 25, of 16 Myrock Ave., was charged Thursday with misuse of license plates, operating an unregistered vehicle and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Melin Ramirez-Cuevas, 23, of 73 Colman St., New London, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault, breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.
