    Groton City

    Rosa E. Sosa, 51, of 30 Paul Revere Road, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to submit to fingerprinting, interfering with police and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.     

    Juan Lebron, 47, of Mckinney Shelter, Hartford, was charged Sunday with second-degree burglary, two counts of third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

    Herman E. Smith, 38, of 50 George Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Groton Town

    Brian K. Wheeler, 26, of 171 Diamond Hill Road, Ashaway, R.I., was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor, unlawful discharge of a firearms, breach of peace and carrying and sale of dangerous weapons.

    Jude T. Cleary, 44, of 27 Ocean Ave., Niantic, was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics, possession of marijuana, use of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

    New London

    Mary Watrous, 31, of 125 Lambstown Road, Ledyard, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

    Norwich

    Kaitlyn Betancourt, 19, of 495 Laurel Hill Road was charged Monday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Sasha Deluco, 26, of 46 Church St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Stonington

    Evan G. Conlon, 18, of 145 Stony Brook Road was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia for less than a half ounce of marijuana, failure to drive right and traveling unreasonably fast.

    State police - Montville

    Shane Edward Smith, 20, of 113 Simpson Lane, Oakdale, was charged Tuesday in Oakdale with carrying a dangerous weapon, breach of peace, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana, second-degree unlawful restraint and third-degree assault.
