    Groton City

    Rachel E. Bewley, 20, of 175 Mather Ave. was charged Wednesday with three counts of risk of injury to a minor.

    New London

    Albert Goss, 21, of 61 Blackhall St. was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court, third-degree trespassing and possession of hallucinogens.

    Oliver Naines, 26, of no certain address was charged Thursday with failure to appear in court and first-degree criminal trespassing.

    Ricardo Cruz, 36, of no certain address was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespassing and possession of hallucinogens.

    Ernest Carrion, 35, of 25 Belden St. was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Lynne A. Massett, 38, of 177 Pequot Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Frank Sawicki, 35, of 16 Sharaf St. was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of hallucinogens, criminal attempt to possess hallucinogens with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a drug factory.

    Nicholas Newbury, 27, of Portsmouth, N.H., was charged Wednesday with possession of heroin and third-degree trespassing.

    Darryl W. Thomas, 43, of 21 Williams St. was charged Wednesday with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

    Fernando Costas Delgado, 48, of 22 Cape Ann Court was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, following too closely and passing in a no-pass zone.

    Norwich

    Rebecca Portes, 33, of 4 North Fourth Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to display plates.

    Waterford

    Bryan Kiggans, 25, of 44 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Patricia Daignault, 54, of 18 Pine St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Staceyann Fearon, 24, of 50 Hempstead St., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
