Heather M. Reels, 42, of 7 Ann Wampy Drive, Mashantucket, was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Sherece C. Reels, 27, of 35 D St. was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Andre G. Howell, 58, of Providence, R.I., was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order.

Minera Bell, 32, of 9 Huntington St., New London, was charged Sunday with breach of peace, third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, violating conditions of release and disorderly conduct.

Olga B. Herrera, 25, of 495 Laurel Hill Road, Norwich, was charged Oct. 2 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Nancy Rosado, 49, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Wednesday with possession of a hallucinogen, threatening and three counts of assault on a police officer.

Jose Negron, 42, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with possession of a hallucinogen.

Phillip Beltran, 49, of 345 Gold Star Highway, Groton, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and three counts of assault on medical personnel.

Haston Caulder, 39, of 42 Jay St., New London, was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Tiffany Cagel, 31, 2 E. Baltic St., Apt. D, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer, assault on a police officer, third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

Brenda Stuckey, 80, of East Hartford was charged Tuesday with third-degree forgery and third-degree larceny.

Geoffrey Kermode, 51, of 12 Clark Lane, Waterford, was charged Sunday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Scott Corna, 27, of 68 Kings Highway, Groton, was charged Friday in Montville with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Shannon Robbins, 40, of Griswold was charged Friday in Griswold with second-degree false statement and second-degree falsely reporting an incident.

Dennis Perry, 68, of Lisbon was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Stonington

Casey M. Blanchard, 28, of no permanent address was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.
