Matthew Simonds, 23, of 9 Chase Oaks Court, Apt. 12, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, sale of marijuana, sale of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of hallucinogens, possession of hallucinogens within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of hallucinogens with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, risk of injury to a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.
