    Groton City

    Ashana Napier, 21, of 71 Branford Ave., was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

    Joseph Lapoint III, of 37 Hamilton Ave., was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, failure to register a vehicle for commercial registration and misuse of marker plates or registration.

    Timothy Nye Avery, 45, of 19 Fieldside Drive, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Walter Peyton, 29, of Jamaica, N.Y., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Groton Town

    Patsy Walsh, 59, of 56 Denison Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree reckless endangerment, following too closely to intimidate, disobeying an officer's signal to stop and failure to show license or registration.

    Michael Burke, 46, of 64 Laurelwood Road, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless endangerment and breach of peace.

    Celia Castro, 27, of 28 Long Pond Road, was charged Monday with interfering with a police officer and sixth-degree larceny.

    Marlene Castro, 30, of 20 Main St., Mystic, Apt. 4, was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor, interfering with a police officer and sixth-degree larceny.

    Montville

    Jacqueline Rogers, 26, of 82 Sixth St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry proper insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and misuse of registration.

    New London

    Wingnore Sealy, 50, of Boston, Mass., was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to use a turn signal.

    Gerardo Olivencia, 23, of 4 W. Pleasant St., was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

    Mercedes Boyd, 26, of 73 Connecticut Ave., was charged Monday with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

    Nathaniel Johnson, 49, of 37 Laurel Drive, was charged Monday with criminal impersonation, second-degree forgery, driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a traffic control signal and failure to provide proof of insurance.

    Norwich

    Joseph Scala, 23, of 46 Riverside Drive, Versailles, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and violation of a protective order.

    Peter G. Restey, 55, of 76 Maple St., Jewett City, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of license plates, failure to carry proper insurance, driving with a suspended license and possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.

    Robert A. Butler, 23, of 5 Fernwood St., Plainfield, was charged Tuesday in Montville with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Dallas L. Czyzewski, 25, of 35 Podurgiel Lane, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday in Montville with third-degree larceny and first-degree forgery.

    Theresa McCullough, 22, of Mashantucket, was charged Saturday in Ledyard with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Lauren McGrath, 26, of Bridgewater, Mass., was charged Friday in East Lyme with evading responsibility and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Stonington

    Johnnie J. Baskin, 38, of Boston, Mass., was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Gaylord Grimes, 47, of 16 Franklin St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Howard V. Riske III, 40, of 33 South A St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

    Michael R. Johnston Jr., 27, of 44 Williams Ave., Mystic, was charged Saturday with reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.
