Richelle Grobe, 20, of 70 Charter Oak Drive, was charged Thursday with three counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Ronald Sutton, 44, of 11 High St., was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

Michelle Eaton, 40, of 15 Pacemaker Ave., Norwich, was charged Thursday with three counts of failure to appear in court.
