Leah M. Feliciano, 32, of 16 Hamast Ave., Waterford, was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a minor, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
Corina J. Zukowski, 21, of 15 Overlook Drive, Waterford, was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a minor, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
