New London — Narcotics officers said they found heroin, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and two guns at 9 Tilley St. last Wednesday, while assisting the State Police Statewide Narcotics Task Force-East with a search and seizure warrant.

Police said they found 37.5 grams of heroin packaged for sale, 12.5 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, a loaded 9mm Beretta handgun and a 12-gauge Beretta shotgun.

Police charged Gabriel Paulino, 27, of 9 Tilley St. with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, two counts of criminal possession of a firearm and possession of stolen firearm.

He was issued an infraction for possession of marijuana.
