    Groton City

    Julian O. Myrick, 27, of 110 Litton Ave., was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor, impairing the morals of children, third-degree strangulation and second-degree breach of peace.

    Antoine Knight, 21, of 129 Poquonnock Road, was charged Friday with breach of peace, engaging in a fight capable of causing major injury and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Groton Town

    Laura Matilla, 44, of 173 Route 12, Room 221, was charged Friday with four counts of failure to appear in court.

    Justin E. Riffle, 24, of 70 Buddington Road, was charged Friday with third-degree breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor, unlawful restraint, interfering with an emergency call and strangulation.

    Montville

    Ryan M. Dicocco, 19, of 271 Simpson Lane, Oakdale, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

    Sharanda Dockery, 19, of 40 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Friday with second-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

    Miguel Martinez, 39, of 40 Crystal Ave., Apt. 43, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics.

    Louis F. Basile, 51, of 19 Jay St., was charged Friday with failure to obey a stop sign, driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle and misuse of marker plates.

    Diane Smith, 45, of no certain address, was charged Friday with public indecency.

    David P. Laskarzewski, 51, of no certain address, was charged Friday with public indecency.

    Lisa Morrissette, 42, of 20 Elm Ave., was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, criminal violation of a protective order and third-degree assault.

    John Kalinowski, 60, of 2 Fairview Ave., was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and criminal violation of a protective order.

    Laura Wallace, 39, of 36½ North A St., Taftville, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Peter Heineman, 26, of 32 Alice St., was charged Friday with sixth-degree larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of heroin.

    Amy Crouch, 37, of Bohemia, N.Y., was charged Friday with fifth-degree larceny and third-degree larceny.

    Seth M. Scolaro, 19, of 41 South St., Taftville, was charged Thursday with second-degree intimidation based on bigotry or bias, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer, violation of probation, second-degree assault and possession of alcohol by a minor.

    Thomas J. Ives, 20, of 60 Wright Road, Canterbury, was charged Thursday with assault on medical personnel, interfering with a police officer, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree strangulation.

    Waterford

    Alan Perkins, 50, of 89 Bloomingdale Road was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.
