Nancy Rosado, 52, of 40 Harbor Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Henry Badillo, 34, of 30 Montauk Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

Cassandra A. Miller, 26, of 208 Ocean Ave., Apt. A, was charged Monday with third-degree assault.

Peter A. Emborsky, 29, of 84 Maennerchor Ave., Taftville, was charged Monday with evading responsibility.

Antonio Miranola, 27, of 109 Montauk Ave. was charged Monday on a warrant with two counts of possession of narcotics and two counts of sale of narcotics and also was charged Monday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, operating a drug factory and inferring with an officer.

Jennifer Bonilla, 31, of 119 Lincoln Ave. was charged Monday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and operating a drug factory.

Loretta Martin, 30, of Meriden was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Melvin Rivera, 44, of 17 Howard St. was charged Monday with having a weapon in a motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

Mychal Thomas, 33, of 14 Ann Wampey Drive, Mashantucket, was charged Tuesday in Montville with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of a marker, failure to maintain minimum insurance, risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Shannon K. Lewis, 32, of 6 West Arch St., Apt. R, was charged Monday with carrying a dangerous weapon.

Karen M. Reilly, 54, of West Warwick, R.I., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Kyle Miskiewicz, 27, of 148 Mathewson St., Apt. 108, Jewett City, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to drive right.

Angela Dotolo, 38, of 7 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Monday with interfering with an officer, driving with a suspended license, disobeying an officer's signal, failing to meet minimum insurance requirements and misuse of plates.
