Crystal McFarlane, 51, of 216 S. Thames St., Norwich, was charged Aug. 19 with third-degree identity theft.

Amanda Burelle, 31, of 151 Latham Drive, Griswold, was charged Tuesday with third-degree larceny, fraudulent use of an automated teller machine, illegal use of a credit card, receipt of money or goods by illegal use of a credit card and theft of a credit card.
Groton Town
Devonta D. Jefferson, 23, of 11 Cottonwood Road was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper parking.
State Police — Colchester
Joshua Hall, 28, of 219 Broadway, No. 3, Norwich, was charged Aug. 24 in Marlborough with possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of a narcotic.
Jeffrey Rule, 28, of Glastonbury was charged Aug. 24 in Salem with driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Stonington
Ryan C. Murphy, 28, of Boston, Mass., was charged Monday with reckless driving, evading responsibility and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.
Steven E. Briggs, 34, of Richmond, R.I., was charged Tuesday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
Waterford
Aaron St. Pierre, 21, of 28 Cape Ann Court, New London, was charged Sunday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle and speeding.
Pablo Saavedra, 44, of 15 Wassmer Court, New London, was charged Monday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving with a suspended license.
