    Groton City

    Joseph R. Houle, 58, of 36 Canterbury Road, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility.

    Colleen Norton, 24, of 68 Wilson St., New Britain, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

    Nahphisah Fentress, 24, of 102 N. Main St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with breach of peace, third-degree assault, interfering with police, criminal impersonation and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jacqueline P. Patrico, 55, of 1056 Boston Neck Road, No. 8, Narragansett, R.I., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to have lights lit and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

    Antoine Loud, 31, of 192 Charter Oak Drive was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree strangulation and third-degree assault.

    Susan A. Reay, 56, of 112 Georgia St. was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Matthew A. Glas, 51, of 134 Yetter Road, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with failure to grant right of way, evading responsibility and failure to have tail lamps.

    Patrick A. Hallisey, 59, of 11 Marcel Road, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility, interfering with police, failure to maintain minimum insurance, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Alyssa L. Pena, 18, of 46 Hynes Ave., Apt. F2, was charged Monday with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and interfering with police.

    Troy Patterson, 22, of 7 Oakridge Drive was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

    Kayla Gordon, 20, of 11 Meadowlark Terrace, Richmond, R.I., was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

    Robert Santiago, 28, of 198 Crystal Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with violation of probation.

    Shanna Sarpu, 31, of no certain address was charged Friday with interfering with an officer, criminal impersonation, possession of paraphernalia, three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree breach of peace.

    Timothy McKay, 18, of 259 Elm St. was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny.

    Christine Allen, 45, of 206A Pequot Ave. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Martin Crane, 66, of 95 Vauxhall St. was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics.

    Wilburt Jarrett, 54, of 50 Center St. was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Manuela Brown, 30, of 57 Boswell Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Paul r. Devries Jr., 25, of 71 All Hallows Road, Danielson, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Melvin R. Boughton, 59, of 7 S. Main St., 2B, Jewett City, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Josephine Cepeda, 26, of Bridgeport was charged Thursday in East Lyme with second-degree failure to appear.

    Brenden Eller, 25, of 11 Jean Drive, East Lyme, was charged Thursday in East Lyme with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Marc Dickau, 36, of 4 Sleepy Hollow Pentway, Gales Ferry, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Phelicia Keirsted, 26, of 179 Route 32, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with misuse of plates, driving with a suspended license and failure to carry proof of insurance.

    Jose Garcia, 41, of 203 Broad St., New London, was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal attempt to commit burglary, fifth-degree larceny, manufacturing or possession of burglar's tools, illegal possession of motor vehicle plate or insert and insurance failing minimum requirements.
