    Ledyard

    Patricia Morrissey, 70, of 4 Naomi Drive was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Michael Boden, 24, of Lisbon was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal trespass.

    Anthony Mitchell, 26, of 17 East Pratt Ave., Norwich, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    New London

    Jose Osorio, 24, of 92 Truman St., Apt. 5, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and failure to appear in court.

    Judith Ann Wolf, 51, of 244 Pequot Ave. was charged Thursday with carrying a firearm while intoxicated, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Robert Santiago, 35, of 26 Prospect St. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

    Norwich

    Tobias Andrews, 29, of Manchester was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    State police - Westbrook

    Juan Borrero, 34, of Hartford was charged Oct. 14 with driving an unregistered vehicle, misuse of plates, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, driving with a suspended license and reckless driving.

    Ryan Atkinson, 34, of 42 Lyme St., Apt. 1, Old Lyme, was charged Oct. 8 in Essex with driving with a suspended license and on a warrant with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Gerald P. Karpuska, 30, of 306 Canty Lane, Old Lyme, was charged Oct. 3 at Troop F on a warrant at Troop F with violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation.

    Kenneth Gagnier, 32, of 6 Gair Court, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

    Isaiah Rocket-Brown, 27, of 112 Broad St., New London, was charged Thursday with unauthorized manufacture or sale of drugs.
