    Police logs — Oct. 26, 2016

    Colchester

    David Hurlbut, 34, of 27 West Coit Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

    New London

    George Afanador-Matias, 30, of 129 Elm St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to carry minimum insurance and failure to properly restrain a child under 6 years of age.

    Abby Salomon, 27, of 264 Jefferson Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Marlon Williams, 36, of 85 Crouch St., Apt. 18, Groton, was charged Monday with disprderly conduct and possession of a hallucinogen.

    Michael Conroy Jr., 29, of 320 Chesterfield Road, Oakdale, was charged Monday with possession of narcotics.

    Norwich

    Henry Wickham Jr., 56, of 24 Eighth St., B, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a red light.

    Wayne Mejas-Williams, 28, of 17 Merchants Ave. was charged Sunday with driving without a license, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint, failure to submit to fingerprinting and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Meghan Soboleski, 31, of Moodus was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, disobeying an officer's signal and reckless driving.

    Nickolas Giardani, 56, of 147 Asylum St. was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Rayne Young, 32, of 37 Mains Crossing Road, North Stonington, was charged Tuesday with failure to drive right, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    State police — Colchester

    Joshua Perry, 24, of 48 Walnut Hill Road, East Lyme, was charged Sunday in East Haddam with second-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree breach of peace.

    Jennifer Wilson, 31, of 843 Chesterfield Road, Oakdale, was charged Oct. 21 in Salem with failure to carry minimum insurance, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive right and distracted driving.

    Kimberly Passmore, 22, of Waterbury was charged Oct. 20 in Salem with illegal possession of a narcotic, tampering with evidence, interfering with an officer and assault on public safety personnel.

    Quinn Chappell, 18, of 408 Norwich Road, Salem, was charged Oct. 14 in Salem with failure to use original container, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and second-degree reckless endangerment.
