    Comfort Hlophe, 36, of 40 Pearl St. was charged Friday with attempt to commit a crime and third-degree larceny.

    Bruno Roy, 70, of 126 Blydenberg Ave. was charged Friday with third-degree assault, first-degree threatening, second-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.

    Michael Rios, 42, of East Hampton was charged Friday with evading responsibility and making an improper turn.

    Violet Laboy, 32, of 15 Grand St. was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Daval Wright, 33, of no certain address was charged Friday with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Angela Rood, 35, of 1000 Bank St. was charged Friday with five counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Maaseiyah Williams, 43, of Milford was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

    Gloria Davis, 46, of 13 Wightman St. was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

    Percy Pena, 35, of 13 Wightman St. was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

    Letitia Burgis, 52, of 17 Grand St., Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Victoria Evans, 23, of 17 Grand St., was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Alysha Negrelli, 25, of 314 Central Ave., Norwich, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Peter Maurice, 54, of 66 McKinley Ave. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.
