    Groton Town

    Briana A. Fernandes-Moison, 27, of 424 High St., Mystic, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Rene Miranda-Gonzalez, 47, of 1213 Gold Star Highway was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

    Elizabeth M. Martino, 29, of 50 Toas St., Shelton, was charged Sunday with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

    Justin M. Lowenstrom, 40, of 404 Bridge St., No. 345, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart. 

    Tyler B. Sweeney, 25, of 8 Soljer Drive, Waterford, was charged Saturday with breach of peace, interfering with police, second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree threatening.

    Tico R. Garrett, 36, of 19 Hawthorn Drive, No. 188, New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Nicole R. Cooper, 37, of 15 Grand St., third floor, was charged Tuesday with first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Shaun Laprise, 38, of 15 Grand St., third floor, was charged Tuesday with first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Jonathan D. Tefft, 24, of 292 Grindstone Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Tuesday with criminal attempt to commit third-degree larceny.

    Joseph Rios, 32, of 64 New London Road, Salem, was charged Monday with violation of probation.

    State police — Montville

    Geovanny E. Gualpa, 24, of 174 Kenndal Road, Lisbon, was charged Monday in Norwich with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

    Stonington

    Kevin Savage, 35, of 29 William St., Apt. 2 , Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order, breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Marc Oosterwal, 43, of West Orange, N.J., was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.
