Montville — A Rhode Island man was charged Thursday in the 2015 sexual assault of a 15-year-old juvenile.

Kristopher Michael Dukett, 31, formerly of Warwick, was charged with risk of injury to a minor and second-degree sexual assault.

Dukett allegedly began exchanging messages with the juvenile over Skype. Dukett then arranged to meet the juvenile at the victim's home in East Lyme in September of 2015. Police said Dukett allegedly sexually assaulted the juvenile on three separate occasions.

At some point after the alleged assault, Dukett moved to Warwick, where he was interviewed by state police from Troop E in Montville before his arrest on Thursday.

Dukett is being held on a $30,000 bond. A court date has not yet been set.
