Daval Wright, 33, of 850 Hartford Road was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance, unauthorized manufacture or sale of drugs and accepting, transferring or buying someone else's credit card.

Todd Wheeler, 38, of 150 Yantic St. was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Cordelia Feliciano, 39, of 12 Rodgers Road, Norwich, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
