    Amanda Commock, 20, of Boston, Mass., was charged Sunday with breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer.

    Gelu Garaba, 62, of New York, N.Y., was charged Nov. 21 with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Terrel Spencer, 25, of Dorchester, Mass., was charged Nov. 20 with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Barbara Connors, 50, of Rockland, Mass., was charged Nov. 20 with second-degree breach of peace.

    Jose Basora, 28, of Nashua, N.H., was charged Nov. 20 with interfering with an officer.

    Yiajaira Maria Morales, 24, of Waterbury was charged Nov. 13 with breach of peace.

    Victor Luis Diaz, 33, of Waterbury was charged Nov. 13 with breach of peace.

    Abdelaziz Idhamou, 33, of Methuen, Mass., was charged Nov. 13 with breach of peace.

    Jose M. Beato, 38, of Clifton, N.J., was charged Nov. 9 with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, criminal attempt to commit third-degree larceny and cheating.

    Richard Acevedo, 24, of Paterson, N.J., was charged Nov. 9 with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, criminal attempt to commit third-degree larceny and cheating.

    Dawn Estrella, 21, of Paterson, N.J., was charged Nov. 9 with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, criminal attempt to commit third-degree larceny and cheating.

    Cristian J. Troncoso Sanchez, 23, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Nov. 9 with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, criminal attempt to commit third-degree larceny and cheating.

    Joshua L. Amberg, 37, of no certain address in Jewett City was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and one count each of first-degree failure to appear in court, fraudulent use of an ATM and sixth-degree larceny.

    Tyree L. Davis, 37, of Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Institution, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and failure to submit to fingerprints.

    Joseph A Poolino, 49, of Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Institution, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with three counts each of conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit third-degree criminal mischief, two counts of conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and one count each of conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit theft of a firearm.
