Timothy Fellows, 47, of 149 Pautipaug Hill Road, Baltic, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, having a defective tail light and four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Nadir Harrison, 32, of 58 Hobart Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Joseph K. Johnson, 30, of Cheshire Correctional Institution was charged Monday with first-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

State Police — Montville

Christopher Linn Taylor, 35, of 92 Briar Hill Road, Norwich, was charged Monday in Montville for violation of the state police's deadly weapon offender registry.

Justin Roberts, 23, of 816 Voluntown Road, Griswold, was charged Saturday in Griswold with interfering with a police officer and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Sai S. Mummareddy, 25, of West Haven, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving unreasonably fast for conditions, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive a reasonable distance apart, and driving in violation of license classification.

Abraham W. Crosby, 23, of Middletown, was charged Dec. 10 in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, making an improper turn, and driving without a license.
