    Groton Town

    Matthew L. Gendron, 56, of 62 Fort Hill Road, No. 9, was charged Wednesday with second-degree violation of the conditions of release, improper use of a marker and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Richard A. Brooks, 62, of 1290 North Road, No. 44, was charged Tuesday with second-degree violation of the conditions of release.

    Bryanna Britt, 23, of 186 Walker Hill Road was charged Jan. 4 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Vincent Banyon, 26, of 13 Coit St., Apt. C, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Robert J. Porter, 47, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Wednesday with possession of a hallucinogen.

    Miguel Martin, 38, of 48 Crystal Ave., Apt. A91, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school.

    Alfredo Martinez, 46, of 79 Mountain Ave. was charged Wednesday with violation of probation and disorderly conduct.

    Robert F. White Jr., 52, of 99 Oxoboxo Cross Road, Oakdale, was charged Wednesday with failure to obey a stop light, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving and driving an unauthorized vehicle.

    David John Christley, 45, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Daniel R. Reemsnyder, 30, of 23 Four Mile River Road, Old Lyme, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics.

    State police - Montville

    Desiree J. Gagnon, 28, of 69 Grove St., Wauregan, was charged Tuesday in Lisbon with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Michael D. O'Connor, 23, of 31 Coit St., Norwich, was charged Monday in Waterford with reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

    A 15-year-old juvenile was charged Wednesday with threatening.

    William Torres-Albarran, 53, of 335 Hamilton St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny.

    Jay Gardner, 62, of 142 Fog Plain Road was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, criminal possession of a pistol or revolver and possession of weapons in a vehicle.

    Mairi Fuini, 34, of 195 Shore Road was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Ryan Harris, 31, of 171 Broadway, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and improper use of plates.
