Paul Viveros, 20, of 29 Boston Post Road, Willimantic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, a turn signal violation and driving without a license.

Steven M. Keegan, 24, of 11 Nehfer Drive, Columbia, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have lights illuminated.

Jolene M. Vanallen, 31, of 118 Main St., Waterford, was charged Friday in North Stonington with disobeying the signal of an officer, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway and failure to slow or move for an emergency vehicle.

Richard M. Labarre, 34, of 3 Thomas Ave., Baltic, was charged Friday in Sprague with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, disobeying the signal of an officer and disregarding signs or markings in a no-passing zone.
