Teresa Rendon-Wagner, 19, of 73B W. Thames St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Kevin Marceau, 27, of 33 Mechanic St., Jewett City, was charged Monday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

State Police - Montville

Nicole Larosa, 18, of 11 Ledgewood Drive, Groton, was charged Wednesday in Montville with violation of probation, driving with a suspended license, criminal impersonation, misuse of plates, failure to carry minimum insurance, driving without a license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Waterford

Joshua Little, 33, of 60 Pearl St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree criminal trespass and two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

Javier Santos, 25, of 77 Nob Hill Road, New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kimberly Gontarz, 44, of North Haven was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny.

Jonathon Carey, 32, of 347 Boston Post Road was charged Tuesday with violation of probation.

Fernando DaFonseca, 44, of 27 Sixth St., Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a stop sign.
