Juan Jose Morales, 28, of 44 Center St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal mischief, breach of peace, second-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving and evading responsibility.

Thomas Brown, 39, of no certain address was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Joshua W. Adamo, 25, of 50 Providence St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to carry insurance.

Pedro L. Madero, 19, of 60 Warren St. was charged Saturday with three counts of third-degree assault, three counts of second-degree threatening, three counts of disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree strangulation, theft of license plates, misuse of plates, driving while his license is suspended, evading responsibility, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.
