Sean Coakley, 32, of Norton, Mass., was charged Feb. 18 with fourth-degree larceny.

Kassondra Lee Brokaw, 22, of 6 Mystic Road, North Stonington, was charged Feb. 18 with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Shane Watson, 44, of 22 Hawthorne Drive, Apt. 4, was charged Tuesday with third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Jose Ayala, 49, of 93 State Pier Road, Apt. G4, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Matheu Ellis, 27, of Windsor Locks was charged Monday with third-degree assault, breach of peace and assault on a healthcare worker.

Desiree Diaz, 32, of 35 Cape Ann Court was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kerry Swanson, 61, of 224 Lantern Hill Road, Mystic, was charged Sunday with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a controlled substance.

Stonington

Nicholas Lynch, 21, of 7 Liberty St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Anthony P. Servidio, 62, of 58 Fair Acres Circle, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and drinking while operating a motor vehicle.

Waterford

Nicholas Constantine, 26, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, unauthorized manufacturing or sale of a non-drug-dependent person and failure to drive in the proper lane.

April Ranghelli, 26, of 28 Hope St., New London, was charged Monday with violation of probation and two counts of failure to appear in court.

Jayleen Roman, 36, of 150 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and use of a cellphone while driving.

Cameron Caron, 22, of 54 Rope Ferry Road, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree mischief.

Patrick Fernald, 27, of 58 Deerwood Drive, Groton, was charged Tuesday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
