Voluntown — A single-vehicle crash Friday night in the area of 969 Pendleton Hill Road resulted in one person being transported to Hartford Hospital by Life Star helicopter.

There were two other people in the vehicle when the crash occurred about 6:29 p.m. Both refused transportation to the hospital, according to Quinebaug Valley Public Information Officer Travis Graves.

The crash was dispatched as a rollover, he said.

Voluntown Volunteer Fire Department was at the scene as of 9 p.m. as state police continued to investigate.
