Peter K. Stafford, 76, of 251 Drozdyk Drive, No. 314, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Jonelle F. Quamme, 30, of 211 Brandegee Ave. was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Roberto R. Alvaran, Jr., 26, of 15 Depot Road was charged Monday with failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Carnell R. Preston, 40, of 210 Midway Oval was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and possession of marijuana.

Christopher W. Mahon, 27, of 2 Concord Court was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.
