    Police logs - March 30, 2017

    New London

    Obiefune Okolie, 37, of 11 Linden St., Apt. 3, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, breach of peace, criminal mischief and risk of injury to a minor.

    Keron Keane, 31, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, first-degree criminal trespass and misrepresentation of a controlled substance.

    Alexander Perez, 30, of 51 Laurel Drive was charged Tuesday with third-degree strangulation, third-degree criminal mischief, unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.

    Michael Kelly, 46, of 96 Oneco Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Tuesday with criminal attempt to purchase narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Ray Brown, 40, of 57 King Arthur Drive, Niantic, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

    Hector Pagan, 28, of 187 Hamilton Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Spencer Edwards, 27, of 66 Jefferson Ave. was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, improper use of high beams, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to carry minimum insurance.

    State police — Colchester

    Cooper Dupuis, 18, of 20 Salem Ridge Drive North, Salem, was charged Sunday in Salem with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Johnathan Allen, 31, of 19 Jay St., New London, was charged Saturday in Franklin with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry minimum insurance, evading responsibility, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to grant right of way and interfering with an officer.

    Christopher Angeli, 41, of 27 Michael Road, Unit G, New London, was charged March 14 in Colchester with second-degree breach of peace and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence.

    Paul K. Grube, 28, of 6 Chestnut St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
