Luz Vazquez-Santell, 45, of 29 Connecticut Ave., No. 2, was charged Friday with risk of injury and third-degree assault.

Norwich

Kejean Russ, 33, of East Hartford was charged Friday with violation of probation.

Brian Heller, 26, of 62 Summit St., Unit A, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Keith Spinney, 29, of 580 N. Main St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with two counts of violation of a protective order and violation of a restraining order.

State police - Montville

Michael Anthony Densmore, 25, of 23 Hunters Ave., Lot 3, Norwich, was charged April 5 in Norwich with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Nayra Gonzalez-Martinez, 42, of 53 Woods Drive, Norwich, was charged Tuesday in Montville with first-degree larceny.

Waterford

Sein Ayala-Delgado, 25, of 76 Buchanan Road, New London, was charged Friday with speeding and driving with a refused, suspended or revoked license.
