    Groton Town

    Amber R. Rittenhouse, 24, of 38 W. Broad St., No. 9, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

    Thomas Sawyer, Jr., 29, of 107 Crest Drive, Mystic, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Magen M. Gullifa, 29, of 107 Benham Road, No. 6, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor.

    Ledyard

    Allan R. Vargas, 21, of 187 Huntington St., New London, was charged Tuesday with failure to drive right, possession of marijuana and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    New London

    Antonio Bonilla, 19, of 154 State St., Apt. 3, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics, sale of narcotics and sale of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school.

    O'Neill Aquino, 25, of 55 Eastern Ave., second floor, was charged Tuesday with three counts of failure to register address of sexual offender.

    Post B. Ellis, 71, of Griswold was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.

    Demetrese Granger, 47, of 309 Crystal Ave., Apt. 12A, was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.

    Tyion Motley, 37, of 24C Homestead Road, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court. 

    Norwich

    Wilson Parraga, 26, of 510 New London Turnpike was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Stonington

    Edmund Devillers, 21, of Westerly was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and second-degree failure to appear in court.
