    New London

    Dennis Higgins, 54, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Travis Galvin, 33, of 40 Willetts Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Destinie Seales, 39, of 103 Colman St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer and assault on a police officer.

    Patrick Molina, 30, of 172 Whipple Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with failure to drive right, driving without insurance and evading responsibility.

    Michael D. Erazo, 21, of 49 Colman St. was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

    Norwich

    Larae Britt, 29, of 87 Garfield Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, interfering with police, second-degree forgery and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Michael Delaurentis, 55, of 54 Otrobando Ave. was charged Friday with three counts of issuing a bad check and one count each of third-degree larceny and second-degree larceny.

    State police — Montville

    Daniel Clarke, 37, of 6 Lakeview Drive, Niantic, was charged June 13 in East Lyme with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

    Alicia Pszczolkowski, 65, of Clinton was charged Thursday in Waterford with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Gene Rapp Jr., 55, of Millbury, Mass., was charged Thursday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Beth Ann Ritrovato, 38, of 699 Hopeville Road, Jewett City, was charged Thursday in Griswold with first-degree criminal mischief and giving a false statement.

    Waterford

    Andrew Ballard, 30, of 30 Pear St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and having tinted windows without a compliance sticker.

    Zachary Gallup, 20, of 54 Old Colchester Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.
