Kenneth Worrell, 43, of 110 Hillcrest Road, Niantic, was charged Monday with second degree failure to appear in court.

Kerry Barnum, 37, of 224 Vauxhall St. Ext., New London, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized manufacturing or sale of narcotics or certain hallucinogens.
