    Jessica L. Pallidino, 23, of 15 Crown Knoll Court, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic-control signal.

    Jack T. Salmon, 23, of 4 Whaler Road, Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with an improper number of headlights.

    Jacquin M. Neal, 43, of 39 West St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, interfering with a police officer and assault on a police officer.

    Elias Barreto, 63, of 196 Connecticut Ave. was charged Thursday with interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.

    Charles A. Caldwell, 29, of 50 S. Broad St., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment.

    Stephanie James, 26, of 173 Route 12, Groton, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

    Aggray McLeod, 41, of 19 Grand St., Apt. 6, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order, third-degree assault on a pregnant person and breach of peace.

    Branden Lyon, 18, of 64 Dell Ave., Apt. B6, was charged Friday with possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and simple trespass.

    Erik S. Finnegan, 19, of 55 Ridgeview Circle was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Gregory A. Bell, 34, of 999 Bank St. was charged Friday with risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault.

    Eugene Mahatha, 18, of 82 Salem Turnpike, Norwich, was charged Friday with riding a motorcycle without minimum facial protection, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

    Robert J. Bourassa, 62, of was charged Friday with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

    Monique E. Almeida, 40, was charged Saturday in with fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and failure to display license plate.

    Shannon Manosh, 22, of Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday in Ledyard with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Miguel Colton, 38, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree criminal trespass.

    Robert Kinney, 48, was charged Saturday with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Ryan T. Simpson, 25, of 39 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Jeremy D. Vanskyhawk, 26, of 66 Whitehall Ave., Old Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Andrew Camacho, 20, of 105 Squire St., New London, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal mischief.

    Reese Smith, 20, of 100 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal mischief.

    Mathew Ferrance, 21, of 379 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failure to maintain insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Richard Hubbert, 45, of 57R North Road, was charged Friday with cruelty to animals and allowing a dog to roam.

    David Gunn, 35, of 19 Jay St., New London, was charged Friday with driving without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.
