    Groton City

    Ali Muhammad, 27, of 76 Paul Revere Road was charged Monday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

    Groton Town

    Kyle Moore, 24, of Pottstown, Pa., was charged Sunday with interfering with police, breach of peace and failure to comply with fingerprinting.

    New London

    Damien Ficarra, 37, of 156 Garfield Ave. was charged Monday with violation of probation and disorderly conduct.

    Stacey Costello, 59, of 70 Farmington Ave., Apt. 4G, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass and possession of narcotics.

    Adam R. Keirsted of 4 Maple Ave., Uncasville, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Hector Sosa, 49, of Norwalk was charged Sunday with breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Stephanie Eoanou, 27, of 113 Stoneheights Drive, Waterford, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of marijuana.

    Ethan T. Johnson, 24, of 207 Bank St. was charged Sunday with second-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

    Jason Kohl, 19, of 207 Bank St. was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Ronald T. Scaplen, 37, of Plainfield was charged Monday in Griswold with third-degree strangulation.

    Jessica Rodriguez, 37, of 320 Colman St., Apt. 2, New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehice, driving without minimum insurance and improper use of markers.

    Christoper J. Gallagher, 40, of 161 Mechanic St., Apt. 44, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Raymond G. Arruda, 48, of 15 Lane Way, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Amanda M. Buehler, 35, of Griswold was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and using a cellphone while driving.

     Waterford

    Nicholas Elliot, 23, of Shelton was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a control signal.
