    New London

    Patrick Burandt, 33, of 262 Ocean Ave. was charged Friday with interfering with police.

    Esquipula Lujan, 39, of 33 Tilley St. was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Thomas B. Brown, 39, of 33 Tilley St. was charged Friday with violation of probation.

    Reid Judd, 58, of 195 Williams St., Apt. A, was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order, interfering with police and disorderly conduct.

    Tyrone Walton, 31, of Hartford was charged Thursday with two counts of possssion of narcotics with intent to sell, three counts of possession of narcotics, failure to keep narcotics in the original container, interfering with police, first-degree criminal trespass, criminal impersonation, tampering with a witness and violation of probation.

    Norwich

    Timothy Watrous, 25, of 16 Laurel Hill Ave. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Robert Millwood, 34, of 18 Dillon Lane was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving while his license is suspended.

    Lateef Bradley, 46, of 4 Terrace Ave. was charged Friday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Christopher Laurore, 21, of 56 Sand Lane was charged Saturday with possession of more than four ounces of marijuana, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and posssion of drug paraphernalia.

    Julian Dattilo, 19, of 61 Oakwood Knoll was charged Saturday with driving without a license, evading responsibility, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving an uninsured vehicle and reckless driving.

    State police — Montville

    Kajsa E. Oakliff, 42, of Portland was charged Saturday in Montville with improper use of registration, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving while her license is suspended and failure to drive in the proper lane.
