East Lyme

Max Whitehead, 32, of 31 Brewer St., New London, was charged Monday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert M. Cruse, 35, of 12 Crossley Court, Niantic, was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a protective order and third-degree criminal mischief.

Groton Town

John A. Eggleston, 25, of 55 South Road, 8A, was charged Monday with breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.

Charles K. Rickards, 21, of 20 Dubois Road, Uncasville, was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.

Norwich

William Webb, 79, of Glastonbury, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Cherish Hackenberry, 26, of Willimantic, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Michael Platt, 46, of Buffalo, N.Y., was charged Sunday with littering and driving with a suspended license.

Mayralee Vasquez, 30, of 62 Oakwood Knoll was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with a police officer, assault on a police officer and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

State police — Montville

Anthony J. Romano, 28, of 544 Providence-New London Turnpike, Apt. 118, North Stonington, was charged Saturday in North Stonington with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree larceny, violation of a protective order, third-degree larceny from a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

Stonington

Peter O. McDonnell, 48, of 9 Grove Avenue, Apt. 1, Westerly, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, traveling unreasonable fast, passing in a no passing zone and driving in violation of, license classification.

Jacob Herrington, 32, of Tuscon, Arizona, was charged Sunday with breach of peace, interfering with a police officer and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

Orlando P. Dixon, 39, of 22 Clairemont Avenue, Apt. 2, Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

Tyler J.E. Kelly, 29, of Providence, R.I., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and traveling unreasonably fast.

Waterford

Thomas Scherp, 55, of Sterling, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court, first-degree failure to appear in court and disorderly conduct.
