    John Diaz-Saez, 24, of 32 Cutler St., was charged Saturday with evading responsibility and following too closely.

    Isabel Quilambaqui-Loja, 41, of 77 Garfield Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

    Timothy McKoy, 43, of 174 Jefferson Ave. was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Katherine C. Shea, 63, of 16 Downer St., second floor, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Elliott H. Taylor, 25, of Beacon Falls, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    John T. Dwyer Jr., 70, of 10 Ephraim's Path, Mashantucket, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Eric W. Tobey, 36, of 249 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Friday with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

    Joel R. Callaway, 43, of New Haven, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

    Eric B. Holmgren, 22, of 3 Nauyaug Road North, Mystic, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Zachary Perkins, 29, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Mark Birdsell, 30, of 8 Fog Plain Road was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court and sixth-degree larceny.

    John Radack, 50, of 5 Kelsey Ave., Old Lyme, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Rigoberto Ramos-Almonte, 21, of 10 Lee Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
