Norwich

Maureen P. Scott, 50, of 279 Nautilus Drive, Apt. C, New London, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jacob Serwinski, 34, of 21 Bliss Place was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

Anthony Genovese, 51, of 43 Fairmount St. was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

State police — Westbrook

Lakesha Soules, 33, of 22 Amity St., New London, was charged Saturday in Westbrook with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

William James Reik, 57, of New Canaan was charged Nov. 21 in Old Lyme with speeding, disobeying the signal of an officer, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, following too closely and drinking while driving.

Andrew P. Lambert, 43, of 16 Laurel Hill Drive, Niantic, was charged Nov. 18 in Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
