    Police logs — Dec. 23, 2017

    Groton City

    Steven Aguiar, 54, of 78 Buddington Road, Apt. A4, was charged Wednesday with using a cellphone while driving, driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain minimum insurance.

    Angelete L. Ward, 51, of 286 Ohio Ave. was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree threatening.

    Carol F. Fogarty, 28, of Riverside, R.I., was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, violation of the conditions of release and second-degree breach of peace.

    John C. Cosme, 25, of Pawtucket, R.I., was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace and illegal possession of prescription drugs.

    Groton Town

    Travis Turner, 28, of 1865 Center Groton Road, Ledyard, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Scott A. Panganiban, Jr., 18, of 180 F St. was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

    Raymond A. Glaspie, 58, of no permanent address was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Alexander C. Velletri, 19, of 73 Colony Road was charged Wednesday with interfering with police and breach of peace.

    Charles Rivera, 22, of 187 Huntington St., Unit C3, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to a payable violation. 

    State police - Montville

    Sakib Maya, 29, of Suwanee, Ga., was charged Thursday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and making an improper turn.

    Victor Hall, 24, of no known address was charged Wednesday in New London with being a fugitive from justice.

    Shaon Harrigan, 44, of Bridgeport was charged Tuesday in Montville with being a fugitive from justice.
