Norwich woman arrested with more than 30 bags of narcotics
New London — New London police arrested a woman Friday afternoon who had 13 baggies of crack cocaine and 25 glassine bags of heroin.
Police charged Saralene Baldwin, 55, of 16 Clay Ave., Norwich, with two counts possession of narcotics, two counts possession of narcotics with intent to sell and one count of third-degree criminal trespass.
Police made the arrest while assigned to a Quality of Life patrol initiative, which focuses on addressing narcotic and drug activity concerns in the city.
