    East Lyme

    Kevin Rodriguez, 22, of 8005 Maple Tree Lane was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility.

    Stacy McDougal, 36, of 520 Mohegan Ave., Quaker Hill, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    Groton City

    Joseph E. Williams, 28, of 362 Indigo St., Mystic, was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a child, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to properly secure a child with a seat belt.

    Groton Town

    Patrick N. Murch, 33, of 228 Mistuxet Ave., Mystic, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

    Michael J. Joyner, 25, of 25 Hillside Drive, Apt. 5B, Mystic, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Stephanie M. Anastasio, 26, of East Haven, was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and having a weapon in a motor vehicle.

    Elizabeth Soto, 49, of 127 Hempstead St., Apt. 613, was charged Saturday with first-degree trespass and interfering with a police officer.

    Joseph Wilson, 40, of 129 Prospect St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Alvin Ramos-Morales, 46, of 211 Elm St. was charged Saturday with breach of peace and threatening.

    Sean G. Conroy, 25, of 109 Water St., Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Matthew W. Dooley, 29, of 225C High St., Westerly, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief.
