Derik Morales-Romero, 30, of 168 Branford Ave., Groton, was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.

Amelia Ferrell, 25, of Granby was charged Monday with interfering with an officer.

Myla Brown, 53, of 104 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Veronica Astacio, 19, of 78 Hunts Brook Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Monday with breach of peace.
