    Police logs - Sept. 19, 2018

    New London

    Jose Santiago, 22, of 56 Anthony Road, Apt. H, was charged Monday with speeding and driving with a suspended license.

    Timothy Flad, 46, of 1000 Bank St. was charged Monday with interfering with an officer.

    Ruperto Torres, 68, of 227 Jefferson Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Kyley Chornoby, 30, of 70 Connecticut Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

    Omar Briti, 67, of 131 Connecticut Ave. was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.

    Norwich

    Steven O’Neill Perez Rivera, 22, of 28 Mopsic St., second floor, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and interfering with police.

    Brendon Kennedy, 34, of 134 Baltic St. was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and evading responsibility.

    Michelle Cleare, 28, of 1 Jewett City Road was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

    Sean Walsh, 20, of Bozrah was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

    Paul H. Krawitz, 51, of Waterbury was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree assault.

    Jermel Jacklin, 38, of 309 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint, possession of a stolen marker and misuse of plates.

    State police - Montville

    George Lovelace Dames Jr., 48, of 49 Coachman Pike, Ledyard, was charged Sept. 6 in Preston with driving with a suspended license and driving without lights.

    Andrew Eugene Russell, 34, of 111 Kitemaug Road, Uncasville, was charged Sept. 7 in Montville with driving without minimum insurance, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
